Do clients receive copyright to video/images? YES!
My blogger clients receive copyright to images and videography when they hire me for recreations, exclusives, or both. I retain a perpetual usage license to use some of the images/video on my website, portfolio, investment guide, and social media for marketing purposes.
When will I receive my final gallery?
All recreations/exclusives requested for video or photographs or both will be delivered within 7-10 days from date of invoice payment. Invoices are issued to clients the week their recipe is filmed/photographed as I schedule shoots based on request and availability. Galleries will include process and hero images between 20-25 images depending on process requirements.
Video galleries are delivered after a client preview is approved which is sent through frame.io for comment. All videos include one (1) edit session to include 3-5 video edits of existing video footage. Once the video is approved, the gallery will be delivered with three standard video sizes (16:9, 4:5, Square 1:1, and Reels 9:16) as well as photographic images (if requested).
Do you provide refunds?
Due to the unique nature of the work I provide my clients, refunds are not available. However, all my clients receive 3-5 days (sometimes more) to review the final gallery/video. Should a mistake on my part be discovered, please message me! I'd like the opportunity to make corrections and provide a full reshoot (at my expense) if the identified mistake relates to client requirements disclosed at time of hire.
Do you create & photograph all the recipes in your shop?
Yes! All the recipes listed for sale in my shop have been written, developed, tested and photographed by me. In partnership with my husband Aaron and his 25+ years of culinary experience as a Marriot Executive Chef, I can guarantee that all exclusive recipes listed in my shop are unique and never copied or taken from another site. Each final recipe is reviewed through Copyscape (an online anti-plagiarism site) for authenticity.
Although all of the recipes delivered are original and written in my own words from an SEO perspective, there may be similarities in the ingredients to other recipes found on the internet, which is a common occurrence and an industry standard.
